How to Book Business Class with Air India
Most airlines sell specialty air packages exclusively through travel agents. The agents will charge you a fee for what they know, but they can also help you work out complex itineraries, and avoid unforeseen disappointments. Agents who specialize in international travel can usually get you a better deal, or at least help you pick the right routes to maximize your travel value. You can book through a virtual agent, or directly at the Air India website. However, as mentioned, deals such as the Companion Free Scheme are only offered exclusively through registered travel agencies, so the benefits should be clear.
