Great service from Ray. He got me a good deal at very short notice. He couldn’t get me business class on the outward journey but obtained a good mix on the outbound journey of economy and premier economy on the long leg to Singapore instead. I will use him again.

I booked with Christine. The service was first class and the only disappointment was you don’t do visas. We cannot believe that she managed to hold the seats for us while we were organizing finance. This was excellent and we could not have asked for better service from anybody.

We had very good service from Michelle, and prompt feedback. Although we have chosen not to proceed with her recommendations in this case, we will certainly consider using her good efforts in the future.
