We’ve Been Here Before
This isn’t the first time the travel industry has faced major disruption and it won’t be the last.
During the 2010 eruption of Eyjafjallajökull, which brought European airspace to a standstill, we worked tirelessly to re-route travellers, secure last-minute accommodation and manage rapidly changing flight schedules.
Throughout the global shutdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we supported clients through cancellations, repatriation efforts, airline credits, border changes and constant uncertainty.
Each time, our focus has remained the same: protect our clients’ interests, communicate clearly and find solutions, no matter how complex.
What We’re Doing Now
Right now, our priorities are:
